B2B (Commercial Projects) – Delhi NCR

India

Job Type: Full-time
Industry: HVAC / Air Purification / Building Materials
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field preferred
Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B technical sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong business relationships with architects, consultants, builders, PMC firms, and corporate project managers.
  • Pitch Magneto’s air purification and HVAC solutions for commercial offices, retail spaces, hotels, and real estate developers.
  • Drive product specifications and get Magneto included in tender and BOQ discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for solution design, pricing, and proposal submission.
  • Conduct technical demos, site visits, and commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain project pipeline and CRM records regularly.

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of B2B consultative selling.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC/air purification is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Existing network in the commercial building ecosystem is preferred.
