B2B Dispatcher

Royal Smart Limousine LLC is Dubai’s leading provider of luxury and executive transportation, trusted by top corporates, high-net-worth individuals, and global hospitality brands. With a reputation for excellence, innovation, and precision service, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled B2B Dispatcher to manage and coordinate business-to-business transport operations.

Role Overview
The B2B Dispatcher will oversee daily scheduling and dispatching of vehicles for corporate clients, hospitality partners, and event operations. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth, timely, and professional service delivery in line with RSL’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch trips for corporate, aviation, hospitality, and government clients.
• Coordinate with chauffeurs, operations, and client service teams to ensure on-time execution.
• Act as the key point of contact for B2B clients, providing real-time updates and support.
• Monitor fleet availability and optimize allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and RSL’s service policies.
• Track service performance, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when needed.
• Support cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure seamless client experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in dispatching or operations within transportation, logistics, or hospitality sectors in the UAE.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in dispatch/transport management systems (experience with Odoo or similar ERP is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
