About Qualix Solutions
Qualix Solutions is a custom software development company founded by a Former Microsoft Technical Leader. We help businesses succeed through tailored web and mobile applications, AI/ML solutions, data engineering, and digital strategy. Our clients range from startups to established enterprises across industries including professional services, healthcare, and telecommunications.
We are building our marketing function from the ground up and need a sharp, experienced B2B Marketing Executive who can get Qualix noticed, generate qualified conversations, and build our presence across search, AI platforms, LinkedIn, and email.
Role Overview
This is a results-driven, full-ownership marketing role with a clear mandate: start generating qualified leads for Qualix within your first 3 to 6 months. Your mission is simple to state and hard to execute: make Qualix visible to the right buyers and start conversations that turn into business.
That means owning our SEO so we rank for the searches our buyers make. It means running disciplined cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn that open doors without burning our reputation. It means optimizing our presence for AI engines so that when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for a custom software development partner, Qualix shows up. And it means producing thought leadership content that makes us credible when prospects check us out.
You will not be handed a playbook. You will build one. We expect you to use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as a core part of your workflow. Your value is not in typing words; it is in the strategy, judgment, and execution you bring.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & AI Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO)
- Own Qualix's search presence end to end: keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO hygiene, and content that ranks.
- Optimize Qualix's visibility in AI-powered answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) so we get cited and recommended when buyers research software development partners.
- Build and maintain the structured signals AI engines rely on: authoritative content, consistent entity presence, directory and review listings, and citation-worthy resources.
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and AI-engine mentions. Report on progress and adjust the strategy based on what the data shows.
Cold Outreach & Demand Generation
- Design and run cold email campaigns: build targeted prospect lists, write sequences that get replies, manage deliverability (domain warm-up, spam avoidance), and iterate based on open/reply rates.
- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns from the founder's profile and/or company page: connection strategies, personalized messaging, and follow-up sequences that start real conversations.
- Qualify and hand off warm conversations to leadership for sales follow-up.
- Test messaging, targeting, and channels systematically. Kill what does not work, double down on what does.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Research and produce blog articles, whitepapers, and opinion pieces grounded in industry research, analyst insights, and data to build Qualix's credibility.
- Stay on top of developments in AI, software engineering, cloud computing, and digital transformation. Translate complex topics into clear, business-audience-friendly content.
- Develop case studies and client success stories that support outreach and sales conversations.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats: blog post to LinkedIn carousel, newsletter snippet, outreach hook, and more.
LinkedIn & Brand Presence
- Own and manage the Qualix Solutions LinkedIn company page and the founder's personal LinkedIn profile.
- Build the founder's personal brand as a credible voice in custom software and AI. Consistent posting, smart engagement, and content that attracts the right audience.
- Maintain a content calendar and monitor analytics to refine what resonates.
Analytics & Strategy
- Track the full funnel: traffic, rankings, AI-engine visibility, outreach reply rates, LinkedIn engagement, and leads generated.
- Report regularly on what is working, what is not, and what should change. Make recommendations backed by data, not opinions.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals and target buyer personas.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 days: Outreach infrastructure is live (domains warmed, lists built, sequences running), the first cold email and LinkedIn campaigns have launched, SEO foundations are in place, and the first qualified conversations are being handed off to leadership.
By month 6: A repeatable outbound engine is producing a steady flow of qualified leads, Qualix is ranking for an initial set of target keywords, the founder's LinkedIn presence is active and growing, and we know from data which channels and messages work best.
If reading this excites you rather than intimidates you, you are probably the right person.
What We're Looking For
A sharp, experienced marketer with a solid track record. We care about results you have driven, not just titles you have held.
- Proven B2B marketing experience: You have done this before, ideally for a technology, software services, or SaaS company, and you can point to concrete results: rankings improved, pipelines built, campaigns that generated real conversations.
- Cold outreach competence: You know how to build prospect lists, write emails that get replies, manage deliverability, and run LinkedIn outreach without coming across as spam.
- SEO and AEO fluency: You understand how search ranking works today, including how AI answer engines select and cite sources. Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console is expected.
- Self-starter with full ownership: You do not wait for instructions or ask for permission. You see what needs to be done and you do it. You take ownership of outcomes, hold yourself accountable, and drive things forward proactively. You will be the marketing department, so if something is not happening, it is on you to make it happen.
- AI-powered workflow: You actively use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar) for research, drafting, prospecting, and iteration. You see AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch.
- B2B content instincts: You understand how to write for business decision-makers. You know how to find credible industry research and turn it into content that builds authority.
- Strong English communication: Excellent written English with solid grammar, structure, and tone. Comfortable writing for an international business audience.
- Sharp and resourceful: You figure things out. New tool, new channel, new constraint: you adapt fast and deliver anyway.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing for a software development agency or IT services company specifically.
- Hands-on experience with outreach tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Buffer, or similar.
- Experience running or supporting paid campaigns on LinkedIn or Google Ads.
- Basic design skills for visuals, infographics, or LinkedIn carousels (Canva or similar).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- What matters most is a demonstrable track record of marketing work that drove real, measurable results.
