We are looking for a Brand Alliances Manager (B2B Sales) to join a fast-growing digital marketing setup in Gurgaon. This role focuses on building strategic B2B partnerships with global brands across digital-first industries like Fintech, Gaming, Crypto, BFSI, AdTech, Online Media, and Real Estate.
This is not a traditional sales role — it’s about end-to-end ownership of partnerships, from lead research and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, and long-term relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market and lead research in categories such as fintech, crypto, gaming, and D2C.
- Drive strategic outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Manage full partnership lifecycle: pitching, negotiations, onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns.
- Build and retain strategic relationships through consistent engagement.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Mandatory Criteria
- Must come from Digital Marketing / Advertising / AdTech / Online Media / Fintech / Investment / Digital Banking / Real Estate / BFSI / Crypto / Gaming Industry.
- B2B sales experience is mandatory — experience in selling digital products/services with brands. (B2C experience will not be considered).
- Proven experience in client acquisition of new brands and working on brand partnerships.
- Exposure to global brands and high-ticket deals (₹5L+/month preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end sales (not just lead generation).
- Excellent negotiation, client onboarding, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to start-up culture, solve problems, and think strategically.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in digital product/service sales, partnerships, or client strategy.
- Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Self-driven with a partnership mindset (not transactional).
- Clear awareness of products/services sold in previous roles and ability to articulate USPs effectively.
