Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential business clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing tailored proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Marketing Integration: Collaborating with marketing teams to create sales collateral, manage lead-generation campaigns, and ensure brand voice consistency.
  • Performance Tracking: Using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and campaign ROI.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or digital marketing, often ranging from 2 to 10 years depending on the seniority of the role.
