Job Description

As a B2B sales development associate in the fast grown environment, you will be part of the sales team and inside sales team on data gathering and lead generation and reaching out to prospects via email and calls

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
  • Plan, design, and execute targeted email campaigns using CRM or email marketing platforms.Maintain accurate call records and update lead databases / CRM systems with conversation outcomes.
  • Qualify leads through structured scripts and convert them into sales or appointments.
  • Write persuasive email content tailored to different customer segments.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and recommend improvements.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs related to calls, responses, and conversions.
  • Work closely with marketing to support digital outreach strategies and follow-up sequences.
  • Manage cold outreach lists and perform market research to identify potential customers.
  • Provide regular reports on telesales and email campaign effectiveness.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven 3+ year of work experience as a B2B sales/business development field.
  • Strong skillsets on Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • Basic knowledge of CRM system
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent written and verbal English
  • Sales experience to hospitality industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
