B2B Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out (Dubai)

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive with strong experience in the Interior Fit-Out / Construction industry in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Proven B2B sales experience in UAE (Interior Fit-Out or Construction is a must)
• Strong track record of closing deals with construction companies, consultants, designers, and developers
• Dubai experience is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license is compulsory
• Arabic language is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented

Role Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage B2B leads
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and design firms
• Identify new business opportunities in the UAE market
• Coordinate internally with design, estimation, and project teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
