B2B Sales Executive for IT company

We are seeking a Sales Closer with a strong background in sales and exceptional interpersonal skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales closing, the ability to understand client pain points, and the confidence to present IT solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects and leads to understand their business needs.
  • Present and demonstrate IT solutions (ERP, Zoho, and other related services) in a clear, value-driven manner.
  • Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales/technical team to ensure smooth handover and solution implementation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in IT or software solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • IT background is a must (applications, ERP, or software services).
  • Problem-solving mindset with consultative selling skills.
  • Dubai driving license is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
