ABS International seeks ambitious Sales Professionals for international B2B client operations at our Karachi facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns to B2B clients in international markets
• Negotiate and secure lucrative global contracts for SaaS and technology solutions
• Exceed monthly sales targets with minimum 50+ weekly contacts
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline with 3:1 volume ratio
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international markets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction

Requirements:

• 1+ years of international sales experience (BPO, client acquisition, or sales background preferred)
• Professional English communication skills (verbal and written) at C1/C2 level
• Documented history of sales quota achievement and target exceeding
• Availability for night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT, Monday to Saturday)
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication abilities
• CRM software proficiency and technical aptitude advantageous
