Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Qesm 1st 6 October, where you will be part of the Back Office team supporting French-speaking clients. Responsibilities include managing back-office operations, handling customer service tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales and finance. The role requires efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Back Office Operations, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills in French and English
  • Understanding of basic concepts in Finance and Sales is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or back-office roles will be advantageous
