We are currently looking for a passionate and professional Bahraini Guest Service Agent to be part of our Front Office team.

Requirements:

• Bahraini National
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Front Office operations within a 4/5-star hotel or resort
• Good knowledge of PMS Opera is mandatory
• Excellent communication and guest handling skills
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate guest records using Opera PMS
