• Manage daily production schedules
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on new product development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and tools
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for craftsmanship
