Responsibilities:

• Crafting Authentic Italian Pizzas:
• Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to perfection.
• Create traditional Italian pizza sauces using high-quality ingredients.
• Expertly layer toppings for a visually appealing and flavorful pizza.
• Mastering the Oven:
• Operate pizza ovens with precision and ensure pizzas are baked to perfection.
• Monitor oven temperatures to achieve the ideal crust texture.
• Maintaining Quality Standards:
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in pizza preparation.
• Ensure all ingredients meet our freshness and quality criteria.
• Collaborating with the Team:
• Work seamlessly with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Communicate effectively to ensure customer preferences are met.
• Adhering to Hygiene and Safety Standards:
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Italian Pizza Maker, with a strong portfolio of traditional pizzas.
• Deep knowledge of Italian pizza styles, dough techniques, and authentic flavor profiles.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain quality during peak hours.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
