Position: Head Baker

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Baker , maintain high-quality standards, and oversee the production of croissants and savory pastries.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all baked goods
• Lead, train, and supervise the baking team
• Develop and refine recipes, especially croissants and savory pastries
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and inventory standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker
• Strong expertise in croissants, laminated dough, and savory pastries
• Knowledge of kitchen management, food safety, and production planning
• Leadership and team management skills
• Passion for baking and quality craftsmanship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD250.000 - BD350.000 per month
