Bank Sales Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Banking Sales Officer to promote and sell credit card products. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with banking policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Collect and verify required customer documents for application processing.
• Ensure all applications are submitted accurately and within the required timelines.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain proper follow-up with customers until card approval and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in banking sales / credit card sales in the UAE preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of banking products and credit card processes is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of documentation and compliance procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.
