Salary: 21,800 EGP (Gross) per month

About the Role
We are hiring a Banking Customer Services Advisor to deliver exceptional client experience. In this role, you will assist customers with banking inquiries, ensure compliance, and provide top-tier service while maintaining global standards.

Key Responsibilities

⦁Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and digital channels.
⦁Provide accurate information on banking products and services.
⦁Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
⦁Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
⦁Maintain detailed records of all interactions.

⦁Support cross-selling of banking products when appropriate.

Working Conditions & Benefits

⦁Rotational shifts (working hours and days off are rotational).

⦁5 working days, 2 days off per week.

⦁Work schedule: 9 hours per day (including 1 hour and 15 minutes break).

Requirements

⦁6 months of proven past experience (Proven - Insurance paper).

⦁ GRADUATES ONLY

⦁Strong English profile (B2 level).

⦁Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.

⦁Knowledge of banking processes and compliance standards is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to E£21,800.00 per month
