Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Analyst with banking experience. The position is based in Istanbul, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and ensuring that business objectives are met. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed business analysis, providing business process guidance, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Business Processes and the ability to provide insights
• Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Experienced in SQL,

• Fluent in English in both verbal and written,

What will you do?

• Business analysis and conceptual design,
• Analysis reconciliation with customers and end users,
• Analysis support for software development requests,
• Execution of functional tests and documentation process,
• Active participation in user tests and management of the process,
• Contribution to the creation of suitable solution proposals for banks according to their needs.
