Business Analyst (mobile Banking Project)

Job Description:

• Requirements gathering & documentation for mobile banking project
• Process mapping & user journey design Payment : Monthly for 12 months.
• Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and user journey maps
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with UX/UI teams on wireframes and prototypes and Figma
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to manage product backlogs, write epics and user stories
• Participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ability to analyze data and user behavior to inform decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills
• Adaptability and proactive mindset
• Language : English (Arabic is a plus)
• 5 years’ experience in related fields
