Banking Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and forecast daily cash flow for all projects, ensuring liquidity for timely payments and operational needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact with banking partners, handling account administration, negotiating terms, and resolving all banking-related issues.
• Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations for all company accounts. Prepare detailed financial reports on cash position and banking activity for senior management.
• Ensure all banking and financial activities adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulatory requirements, including those specific to the real estate industry.
• Work closely with project management teams to monitor project budgets and cash expenditures, providing financial insights and support.
• Supervise and guide the finance team in their daily banking and treasury tasks, fostering a culture of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Identify and assess financial risks related to banking operations, implementing strategies and controls to mitigate potential exposure and fraud.

Qualification :-

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a banking, treasury, or corporate finance role.
• Proven experience in cash management and financial reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Experience in the real estate sector is a Must.
