Job Responsibilities :

To acquire , grow and manage the bank’s deposit and liability portfolio by attracting new clients , deepening existing relationships, and ensuring optimal utilization to meet branch and bank targets.

Identify , approach, and acquire new liability (deposit) customer in target segments.

Promote the bank’s deposit products (current accounts , term deposits , Call account etc.…)

Develop and execute strategic to increase low cost deposits .

Monitor account activities to ensure consistent balance and transaction volumes.

Track customer satisfaction and address service issues promptly.

Ensure portfolio profitability through cross selling and upselling relevant products

Ensure all customer onboarding and transactions comply with KYC ,AML and bank policies.
Education, Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.

Good communication & Selling skills.
-
Strong understanding of banking regulations and deposit products .
