Knowledge of bankruptcy code with emphasis on consumer bankruptcy

Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Service member Civil Relief Act (SCRA)

Effective communications skills (verbal and written)

Ability to analyze data and create alternative solution recommendations for problem-solving challenges
