What You Will Be Doing:

• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies.
• Prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
• Advise clients by weighing available options and planning a successful course of action.
• Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks.
• Represent clients in court to argue motions and participate in legal proceedings.

Experience You Will Need:

• Experience handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
• Litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong research and legal writing skills with the ability to draft compelling arguments.
• Familiarity with current legal and office technology.
• Must be barred in Connecticut and reside within 30 minutes of Hartford.
