Responsibilities

· Advise and represent clients in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases.

· Prepare and file petitions, schedules, and motions.

· Represent clients in court hearings and creditor meetings.

· Negotiate with trustees and creditors.

· Manage cases and maintain client communication.

Qualifications

· JD and active license to practice in SC and/or NC.

· 2+ years of bankruptcy law experience.

· Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Client-focused with strong professional ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
