MissionNxt, LLC, in partnership with our law firm client, is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy / Collections / Consumer Finance Attorney to join a dynamic legal team in Miami, Florida. This position offers hybrid flexibility with the opportunity to handle high-impact bankruptcy, foreclosure, and collections matters for a firm known for its professional integrity and commitment to client success.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an attorney with 2–4 years of experience in bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosure, or collections law to immediately step into an active caseload. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, courtroom experience, and the ability to handle discovery and hearing responsibilities independently. Candidates licensed in Florida or Texas are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer finance litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other court filings.
• Manage discovery, attend hearings, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal consumer finance and debt collection laws.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and meet client objectives.

Requirements:

• Active Florida Bar membership (Texas Bar membership also strongly considered).
• 2–4 years of experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, or collections law.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent communication and case management skills.
• Writing samples required.

Compensation & Benefits:
