Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take and accurately relay orders, preparing beverages with precision and flair, including cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Serve food items promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling of beverages and food items
• Support catering or banquet events by providing exceptional service in high-volume settings

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Experience in serving beverages, including cocktails, coffee, or specialty drinks
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
• Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus
• Hospitality background with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Food industry experience demonstrating versatility across different service styles
