Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Barcoding Operator to manage product labeling, barcode generation, and inventory tracking in our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable with data entry, scanning equipment, and ensuring accuracy in stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, print, and apply barcodes to products, shelves, or packages
• Use barcode scanners and software to track inventory movement
• Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or custom ERP)
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth product flow
• Troubleshoot barcode scanning issues and maintain equipment
• Ensure compliance with company labeling standards and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in barcoding, inventory control, or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with barcode software and handheld scanners
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, data entry)
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift moderate weight (if applicable)
