Senior Block Plant Operator cum Electrical Technician

Execute the complete manufacturing cycle for high-quality, high-density concrete products, including blocks, pavers, Etc. using the MASA XL 9.2.

Perform mold changes and its machine settings, vibration table settings and necessary parameter setting.

Follow the preventive maintenance schedule, including detailed cleaning, lubrication, inspection of wear parts, and system checks to ensure maximum machine reliability and longevity.

Requirements:

5 years experience in operation of high-performance MASA machine.

Must have knowledge in advanced diagnostic and maintenance capabilities focused on the plant’s electrical and PLC control systems.
