Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Paper Cup Printing Machine Operator to operate and maintain printing machines used in the decoration of paper cups. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with flexographic or offset printing machinery and a strong understanding of print quality control and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate paper cup printing machines
• Install printing plates, inks, and adjust machine settings for optimal print quality.
• Monitor printing operations to ensure consistent color registration, alignment, and print clarity.
• Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain proper ink levels, plate cleanliness, and roller alignment.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of printing machines.
• Ensure timely completion of print jobs according to production schedules.
• Follow company safety standards and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Record production data, material usage, and machine downtime.
• Report any mechanical or quality issues to the maintenance or quality team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or technical training in printing or machine operation.
• 2–5 years of experience operating a paper cup or similar printing machine.
• Familiarity with flexographic printing processes.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform routine maintenance.
• Good eye for color accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to read work orders, production drawings, and use measurement tools.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in paper product or packaging manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Understanding of production efficiency and waste reduction practices.
