Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in coffee. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment properly.
• Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista (1–2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and drink recipes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good appearance and professional attitude.
• Valid health certificate (preferred in Qatar).
• Transferable visa (if required).
