Barista

Job Title: BaristaJob Description:

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our coffee shop team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving all kinds of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based coffees, iced coffees, milkshakes, smoothies, and specialty drinks. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, great customer service skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve all types of coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, Americano, mocha, etc.)
• Make iced coffees, frappes, milkshakes, smoothies, and other cold beverages
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently
• Take customer orders and handle cash or POS system transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
• Refill and organize stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and beverage recipes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
