Job Description

• Greet the customers in a professional and friendly way.
• Educate customers on coffee blends and menu items.
• Prepare and serve coffee, and specialty beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Taking orders while paying attention to details
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in the point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
• Comply with health and safety regulations and Clean as you go policy
• Stock Maintenance, restock inventory, including cups, syrups, coffee beans, and food items.
• Check if the brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years experience as a barista, specialty coffee experience is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Transferable Visa
• Immediate Joiner preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for coffee and customer service
