Barista

Sebastian’s Coffee and Pastries is looking for a reliable, friendly barista to join our team Tuesday through Friday. If you love coffee, and enjoy connecting with people, we want to hear from you. If you have industry baking experience, that’s a huge plus!

What you’ll do:

Prepare high-quality espresso drinks and other beverages

Provide warm, attentive customer service

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Handle transactions and support daily shop operations

What we’re looking for:

Barista or food service experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Dependability and consistency

A positive attitude and team mindset

Schedule:

Tuesday–Friday (hours to be discussed)
