Position Overview
We are looking for a barista who wants more than just a job. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and understands that every detail matters.

You will train closely with our lead barista and leadership team, learning not only how to execute drinks with precision, but how to operate within a high-level hospitality concept.

Once trained, you will be expected to run shifts independently, maintain standards, and contribute to the overall experience of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and specialty beverages with consistency and quality
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all things coffee related
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate when items are running low
• Support opening and closing procedures

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
