Baristas are responsible with diverse tasks and challenges to embrace that

include but are not limited to the following:

o Welcoming our Guests by determining their needs and interests.

o Educating Guests by presenting FENG CHA menu and answering all

questions to the best of their ability with empathy.

o Preparing and serving all FENG CHA food and beverage items by

following set recipes and procedures with passion and expertise

o Suggestive selling by show-casing complementary products together

o Generate revenue by attracting new guests; defining new and

expanded services and products.

o Diligently Maintain inventory by replenishing supplies.

o Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions;

troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance.

o Elevating Guest experience by maintaining a culture of hospitality

o Resetting and sanitizing all tables and seating areas to maintain a tidy

and welcoming experience for our guests

o Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization

standards and sanitation regulations.

o Sweeping and mopping all café areas, sanitizing all kitchen counters,

washing dishes, and thoroughly cleaning the bathroom area.

o Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing

processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the

appearance of the store and workstation.

o Enhances FENG CHA teahouse reputation by accepting ownership for

accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to

add value to job accomplishments.

Must have flexible hours and weekends.
