Schedule: Day shifts between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description

Mark’s Coffee is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve pastries and sandwiches
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, equipment, and seating areas
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all customers

Qualifications

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take direction
