Barista

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and positive Barista to join our team in creating amazing coffee experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items with excellent customer service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and handling.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience is preferred, not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, or weekends. Willing to discuss scheduling options.
• A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn in a fun environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
