Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and storage areas
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met or exceeded
• Manage cash register operations accurately, including handling transactions and giving correct change
• Restock supplies as needed to keep the station fully equipped for busy periods
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or food/beverage environment is preferred but not required—enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus but can be provided through training
