Barista

We are seeking a professional and skilled Barista with experience working in luxury café / hospitality concept. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for specialty coffee, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience aligned with premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality coffee and specialty beverages to luxury standards
• Deliver personalized and attentive service to guests
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
• Create visually appealing beverages, including latte art
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the coffee bar
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Uphold brand standards and luxury service etiquette at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a high-end café, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and modern brewing techniques
• Skilled in espresso extraction and milk texturing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

Preferred:

• Experience with specialty coffee brands
• Certification in barista skills or coffee training programs
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
