Barista and Cashier

We are looking for somebody who has a great attitude, likes to learn and smile, and shares our philosophy about community and food. As a small café, we need someone who is sociable, enjoys talking to customers, and likes to work hard as part of a team. And, while we prefer somebody who has experience as a barista, we would be happy to train if need be.
We cook and bake from scratch throughout the day, make drinks, take customer orders, run food and clean up.

This position will be around 20-30 hours per week and we are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Starting pay is between minimum wage and $15/hr., depending on experience. Trained employees who are included in the tip pool will earn between $15-20/hour, however this can take several months, depending on how fast an employee learns our system.

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
