Barista Trainer

Job Description Summary:

Conduct structured barista training sessions (theory + practical)
Train staff on espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, hygiene, and workflow.
Perform daily/weekly visits to customer sites to monitor performance.
Calibrate coffee machines and grinders to maintain product quality.
Identify training gaps and develop tailored programs.
Troubleshoot quality-related issues (taste, consistency, extraction).
Prepare training manuals, SOPs, and standard recipes.
Support new store openings through onsite barista onboarding.
Maintain training attendance logs and performance evaluations.

Skills & Experience Required:

Hands-on barista experience in specialty or commercial coffee.
Teaching, coaching, or training background.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and travel between locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR1.00 per month
