F & B Procurement Specialist (experience in Specialty Coffee and Restaurant required)

Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers for F&B products, equipment, and services
• Ensure timely procurement of goods while maintaining optimal inventory levels
• Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
• Collaborate with kitchen and café teams to forecast needs and align procurement with menu planning
• Ensure compliance with food safety, import regulations, and company standards
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance regularly

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in F&B procurement, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant sector
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage sourcing, supply chain logistics, and vendor management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with procurement software and inventory systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Qatar Driving License
