BARISTA/WAITER or WAITRESS

Barista Duties:

• Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies, according to recipes and customer specifications.
• Equipment Management:
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Stock Management:
• Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Restock items as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure beverages and food items meet quality and presentation standards before serving.

Waiter Duties:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly, present menus, and answer any questions regarding the menu items.
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Order Taking and Serving:
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Table Maintenance:
• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Upselling:
• Upsell food and beverage items by suggesting pairings and promotions.
