Key Responsibilities

  • Highlight promotions and recommend beverages to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle all cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Work collaboratively with restaurant and service teams to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
  • Create a lively and inviting bar atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and brand standards.
  • Follow all local regulations regarding responsible alcohol service and guest safety.
