Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, providing excellent service throughout.
• Maintain a lively yet safe environment by monitoring guest behavior and adhering to nightclub or restaurant policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering is advantageous.
