JOB TITLE: Bartender- Crafting Memorable Drink Adventures!
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Unleash your creativity, shake up tantalizing beverages, and create extraordinary experiences for our guests as a Bartender. From dazzling drinks to charming conversations, you'll be the life of the party!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests with a contagious smile, describing our specials with flair.
- Show off your mixology skills, serving stunning and delicious drinks.
- Engage with guests, creating an energetic atmosphere that keeps the party going.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service, keeping the fun in check.
- Take orders, work seamlessly with our POS system, and keep the bar area tidy.
- Handle payments and close checks like a money magician.
- Foster teamwork and open communication with the team.
- Maintain a well-stocked bar.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess safe alcohol service certification for responsible alcohol service.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Bring the energy and create a memorable experience for every guest.
- Stay cool, friendly, and enthusiastic under pressure.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation.
- At least 1 year of bartending experience.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including kegs.
- Ability to read and identify order items on a chit ticket.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
