Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as SpotOn for accurate order entry and payment processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety on premises.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to support restaurant service needs.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments; two years of experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Experience with serving at events like banquets or catering is a plus; nightclub or brewing industry experience is also beneficial.
