Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or special functions, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments with strong customer service skills
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders during busy periods
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing, and serving alcohol responsibly
