Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while crafting beverages and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong understanding of the importance of teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations while handling ingredients and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service for guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance bartending skills, including knowledge of brewing techniques and fine dining service.
• Promote to ensure successful events and help maintain the reputation of the team.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• A passion for learning, experimenting, and creating unique beverage experiences for guests is highly valued.
