Job Overview
We are looking for someone who goes beyond traditional bartending. An individual with a strong foundation in mixology who can help develop a refined, elevated beverage program that complements our menu and enhances the overall guest experience.

Duties

• Design and execute a seasonal, innovative cocktail program with a focus on balance, presentation, and quality ingredients
• Collaborate with management and culinary team to create pairings and cohesive menu offerings
• Maintain consistency and precision in all beverage preparation
• Source and suggest premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and unique flavor profiles

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender with strong mixology skills
• Deep knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and flavor development
• Passion for creativity and continuous improvement in beverage craftsmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
