Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Use a POS system for order processing, payments, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures in line with alcohol service policies.
• Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, perform basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change, while maintaining accuracy in cashiering duties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at all times.
• Stay informed about menu updates, brewing techniques, and new beverage trends to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or lounge environments.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is required to ensure compliance and guest safety.
• Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and sales transactions ensures accuracy at the register.
